It All Starts With Coffee and a Sketch..

If there's one thing that get the creative juices flowing...its coffee..and sketching! There is something spectacular that happens when you let your hand take the lead before your brain gets a hold itself in the morning. Whether it decides to re-create last nights dreams, or moves your eyes along the spine of a new budding leaf, it causes you to use one of the most important parts of your noggin (artistically speaking)...your limbic brain. Emotions, memory and art go hand in hand, so, just like a good hour in the gym, I find that sketching gives my cranium a nice little "workout" to keep it clear, healthy and strong!
